It’s 2017! I feel like I blinked and missed most of 2016 but a new year brings with it the excitement of new possibilities. I like to get the ball rolling by thinking about what I want to accomplish during the year. Monthly calendars are awesome because they can be used in so many different ways. At a glance, you can get an overall view of your time for the next month.
Uses For Your Monthly Calendar
Here are a few ways that you can use a monthly calendar:
1. Write important holidays and dates so you never forget anyone’s birthday or your anniversary again.
2. Make note of appointments.
3. Meal plan – Make a list of all your meals for each week and create shopping lists based on your plan.
4. Track events and activities for your family.
5. Track workouts and your fitness progress.
6. Keep track of your baby’s milestones.
7. Set deadlines for projects and to-do lists to complete the task at hand.
8. Countdown to an important date.
9. Track bill due dates.
10. Plan some “me” time – Since you have an overall view of the general activities for the month, you can schedule the “fine details” of your days a little better and make sure you have some leisure time.
Honestly there are so many ways you can use a monthly calendar. The options are truly endless.

Hi, your calendar is off by one day all year long. January 1st was a Sunday, not a Saturday.

Hi Kathy,
The calendar is correct. Maybe you were confused because Sunday is listed last. Take a look at it again and you will see what I mean. Thanks for letting me know there may have been an error though!
