If waking up to a delicious prepared breakfast sounds good to you, then you'll be thrilled with these three Overnight Oatmeal recipes.

Mornings can be hectic. Getting yourself out of bed, ready and through the door in time to get where you need to be is always such a chore. (At least, it is for me.) Making breakfast the night before is one way that you can save yourself a little time.

The beauty of oats is you can flavour it any way you like. Here are three recipes for you to try.

Vanilla Cranberry Overnight Oatmeal

1/3 cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt

1/3 cup vanilla almond milk

2 tablespoons dried cranberries

honey to taste (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix rolled oats and chia seeds in a mason jar or container with a lid.

2. Add almond milk and honey, if using. If your yogurt is sweetened, there will be no need for the honey.

3. Stir mixture.

4. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

5. Top with Greek yogurt and dried cranberries in the morning.

Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oatmeal

1/3 cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

1/3 cup unflavoured almond milk

1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. Mix rolled oats, chia seeds and cocoa powder in a mason jar or container with a lid.

2. Add almond milk and honey.

3. Stir mixture.

4. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

5. Top with Greek yogurt and strawberries.

PB&J Overnight Oatmeal

1/3 cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

1/3 cup unflavoured almond milk

1-2 teaspoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon strawberry jam

chopped fresh strawberries (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix rolled oats, chia seeds, peanut butter and strawberry jam in a mason jar or container with a lid.

2. Add almond milk.

3. Stir mixture.

4. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

5. Top with Greek yogurt and strawberries, if using. (You can add the strawberries in the morning, if you prefer).

There you have it! Three ridiculously simple and tasty Overnight Oatmeal recipes that you can make ahead of time and enjoy the next morning. My favourite one is the Vanilla Cranberry.

Substitute the almond milk for any other kind that you like e.g. soy, hemp. Change the flavours by using your favourite toppings. The possibilities really are endless.
