Overnight Oatmeal is one of my go-to breakfast choices. It is simple to make, tastes good and it keeps you full for a long time. If waking up to a creamy delicious breakfast that’s already been prepared sounds good to you, then you’ll be thrilled with these three recipes.
Mornings can be hectic. Getting yourself out of bed, ready and through the door in time to get where you need to be is always such a chore. (At least, it is for me.) Making breakfast the night before is one way that you can save yourself a little time.
The beauty of oats is you can flavour it any way you like. Here are three recipes for you to try.
Vanilla Cranberry Overnight Oatmeal
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
honey to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix rolled oats and chia seeds in a mason jar or container with a lid.
2. Add almond milk and honey, if using. If your yogurt is sweetened, there will be no need for the honey.
3. Stir mixture.
4. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Top with Greek yogurt and dried cranberries in the morning.

Substitute the almond milk for any other kind that you like e.g. soy, hemp. Change the flavours by using your favourite toppings. The possibilities really are endless.
